Return & Refund Policy

At IR Moda Fashion, we are committed to providing high-quality T-shirts and ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

Exchange Period

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the T-shirt must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges if:

  • The T-shirt has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong size.

  • You received the wrong design or incorrect item.

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The T-shirt has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • The original tags have been removed.

  • More than 7 days have passed since the delivery date.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or if we shipped the wrong item and a replacement is unavailable.

For all other cases, we offer:

  • An exchange for another T-shirt, or

  • Store credit equal to the purchase value.

Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake was made by IR Moda Fashion, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is requested due to selecting the wrong size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return and reshipping costs.
